All are generously big and different: the suite, prettily papered in blue, its twin beds draped with soft white duvets, its windows overlooking majestic trees, copses and lawns, the large double panelled in French green, elegant with 18th-century bedstead, the fresh, feminine Mona Lisa, all deep pink walls and cream sofa.
Sparkling white bathrooms come with lashings of hot water, and in the blue-carpeted salon florally upholstered armchairs you can take your aperitif after which a refined dinner will be delivered to a grand dining table
